Travel Design
Following a call or an e mail brief, we will create an itinerary based on your clients' preferences and travel style with suggestions of activities, day trips and restaurants.
We will refine this itinerary until it is perfect. all the reservations will be made and reconfirmed. All the details including times, cancellation policies, dress codes, guests and allergies will reflect on a clear and online itinerary that will be updated with every change.
On site mangement
We will be your partner on the ground to handle any last minutes changes or requests.
We will be in the same time zone as your client and in close contact with all our partners to ensure every detail goes as planned.
Their flight is delayed? The driver is tracking it and we are pushing back the dinner reservation.
Too much wind on the yacht day? We are rearranging the itinerary.
